Wearable Art
Holding their medicine close to heart serves as a sacred amulet, a talisman of beauty, remembrance, and a form of ecological participation.
Many adornments are made using home-cultivated or wild-harvested mushrooms. Each fruiting body is mindfully and intentionally harvested in later stages of their life cycle, giving them plenty of time for spore dispersal.
They are then dried, coated in a non-toxic artists resin, and crafted into wearable art with deep love, patience and devotion.
